Attendance Terms and Conditions
Please review the Trade Fair attendance rules
- Pre-registration is mandatoryTo attend the Trade Fair, you should complete the registration process. Registration is required for all visitors. The deadline to register for all Event days is September 19, 11:59 PM (UTC+3).
- Access to the Main Plenary SessionVIP participants are granted priority access to the Main Plenary Session. “Delegate” category participants may also attend the Main Plenary Session. “Visitor” category participants have access to the exhibition floor and open business program events. If you plan to attend the Main Plenary Session, you should select the VIP participation package during registration.
- Registration for Partners, Exhibitors, and Co‑ExhibitorsIf you are the Trade Fair partner, exhibitor, co‑exhibitor, or business program partner, access to the personal account for registration will be sent to the email of the contact person responsible for your organization’s participation at the Trade Fair.
- Electronic Ticket for “Visitor” Category ParticipantsParticipants in the “Visitor” category gain access to the Event via an electronic ticket. No badge pickup is required. The ticket will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
- Media Accreditation ProcedureAll Russian and foreign media outlets should complete accreditation independently on the INNOPROM website and also submit an application for temporary press accreditation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
- Traffic CongestionHigh traffic congestion is expected from September 30 to October 2, during the Trade Fair days. Please factor this into your schedule and plan your route to arrive at the Trade Fair Events you wish to attend well in advance.
- Age RestrictionsPlease note that individuals under 14 years of age are not permitted to attend the exhibition.
- Exhibition Rules at BELEXPOBefore visiting the Trade Fair, please review the rules of the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO.

If you’re driving, take the exit from the inner ring of the MKAD at the 47‑km mark onto Pavliny Medelki Street and Iosifa Langbarda Street. You’ll find plenty of free parking right on the exhibition center site.
