We recommend collecting badges during the pre-accreditation days, September 26–28

If badges for your entire organization are being collected by a representative, you must generate a power of attorney in the company’s personal account and have it sealed by the company. Please remember to select the date and time of your visit to the Accreditation Center in the company’s personal account before collecting badges with a power of attorney.

Access and priority seating at the Main Plenary Session of INNOPROM. Belarus with the participation of the Russian Federation Government members, heads of regions, and representatives of relevant ministries from the Russian Federation and foreign countries.

Congress Hall, 1st Floor, Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO

The schedule is subject to change. Please check the latest updates in the Business Program section. VIP badge holders are provided with dedicated seating in the stalls of the Congress Hall. Seating is allocated with priority. Access to the hall opens 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.

To access the event, you must present your VIP badge collected at the Accreditation Center.

Please review the Trade Fair attendance rules

To attend the Trade Fair, you must complete your registration. Registration is mandatory and will remain open until September 20 (inclusive).
Please note that persons under the age of 14 are not permitted to attend the Trade Fair.
The Trade Fair schedule is subject to change. Please follow the latest updates on the event’s official website.
From September 29 to October 1, during the Trade Fair operating days, we are expecting high traffic congestion. We kindly ask you to plan your schedule and travel routes accordingly to arrive at the events of interest in advance.
