Russia to Supply Autonomous Electric Trucks to Belarus

Russian company EvoCargo will supply 100 autonomous electric trucks to Belarus. The vehicles will operate at distribution centers of the Belarusian retail chain Dobronom. The two countries have already signed an agreement to implement the project, marking a new stage in the development of autonomous logistics in Belarus.

The delivery of the autonomous trucks represents one of the first Russian export projects in the field of autonomous logistics to be implemented within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The solution is expected to be expanded to additional international markets. EvoCargo noted that the EAEU is already implementing a transport and logistics infrastructure digitalization program while also developing a unified digital platform designed to simplify cargo transportation across member states.

The autonomous electric trucks are fully driverless and operate without a driver's cab. They are powered by an autonomous driving system based on artificial intelligence algorithms, computer vision technologies, and advanced sensor systems, enabling highly accurate navigation. The vehicles are integrated with a digital platform that provides real-time coordination, monitoring, and operational optimization.
